Our Chef, Jake’s inspiration for April 19 & April 20, 2013 is Zesty Sausage and Rosa Cavatappi. Imagine the perfect combination of marinara and alfredo sauce with pan tossed fresh mushrooms, zesty sausage and cavatappi topped with parmesan cheese. Perhaps you will want to add to your meal by ordering a bottle of Castle Rock Red that we serve from our local Glacial Ridge Winery. For dessert a slice of white chocolate raspberry cheesecake with raspberry couli and a dollop of real whipped cream.
