This yummy pasta entree was one of the many chef inspired creations by Jayson Scott. Pan seared scallops, grilled shrimp and mussel’s carefully steamed in a white wine reduction. Served on a bed of linguini with a light and aromatic Alfredo sauce, garnished with fresh chiffonade spinach.
Just the other night I welcomed a repeat guest who commented on how wonderful this dish was and how he is looking forward to enjoying more yummy entrees at our historic Inn and Restaurant.
Our culinary team has been working hard to create a summer menu filled with local produce, meat and wine. The plan is simple – support local business – create an exciting new fare using fresh ingredients that our guests will enjoy in our one-of-a-kind atmosphere overlooking beautiful Green Lake. Our goal to provide a creative culinary fare coupled with exceptional customer service to provide a fun dining experience.
Starting May 22, 2012 we will be expanding our hours to include lunch and dinner service from 11:00 am to 9:00 pm, Tuesday through Saturday nights. You can dine-in or take-out – watch for dock pick-up service coming soon.
